Our Repair Process

• We begin by checking your bathtub for any chips, and remove any cracked silicon. Our team then performs a deep clean the bathtub, addressing small cracks, before re-enamelling. While the repairs set, we use tape and plastic sheeting to safeguard the surrounding areas, including side panels. We make sure the sink are also covered.
• After taping off the necessary areas, we spread our special SBR bonding agent to ensure strong adhesion. Then, we coat the new durable enamel coating with a specialized very heat-based spray machine.
• Your tub now needs to set all the way through, while the new surface cures.
  Once fully dry, we polish the surface to a shiny and easy-to-clean finish. After stripping off the covering tape, your newly re-enamelled bath is ready for use.
